The New Life Program Inc.
Alcohol and Drug Addiction Recovery Services
Welcome to your New Life
Accept the Past, Plan for Tomorrow,
And Live for Today
The New Life Program provides separate gender support and therapy services for men and women who have problems of addiction.
The program enables the mental and behavioural changes required to achieve and maintain a new life, free from dependence on drugs and alcohol.
The coping skills and strategies taught by NLP are also designed to maximise the self development made possible by taking back control of your life.
YOU have the power to change the way you think
What is the New Life Program?
It is a unique blend of peer support groups, counselling and therapy for adults with substance abuse problems. A qualified Facilitator runs each group.
The Program uses a gender-specific (all women or all men) small group approach based on the 13 Affirmations and the Six Levels of Recovery developed by its founder, Dr. Jean Kirkpatrick.
The underlying philosophy is that each person is responsible for their actions and has within themselves the ability and competence to overcome addictions.
The New Life Program motto is very positive and practical Accept the past, plan for tomorrow and live for today.
New Life Program clients are also encouraged to use any other recognised treatment modality that they find useful.
